Thai Yoga Massage is a technique that combines both the mobilization, stretching, energy lines and pressure points of the body to create a relaxing effect, just like the one received in a yoga class. You can expect a therapeutical session of gentle moving and opening while lying comfortably in a soft mat on the floor.
